Designed and revamped policy center services for cross-region users targeting by utilizing C++ with applying more conservation
regulation based on users’ current region, resulting in global revenue of 0.27% increase after the project launched.
Implemented data dumper services with singleton design pattern in C++ to store customer data for model validation purposes.
Designed and deployed targeting cohort audiences’ generation service with Python and Spark in TEE environment with 3rd party and various advertisers globally, stored user data into Spark Hive table and HDFS, and uploaded to Azure Blob Storage.
