At Open Scope Publications, we do not charge readers or institutions to access our journals. Instead, a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after a manuscript has been peer-reviewed and formally accepted for publication.
What Does the APC Cover?
The APC helps cover the costs involved in the publication process, allowing the final published articles to remain openly accessible for all — eliminating paywalls and promoting greater global dissemination and visibility of academic work.

How Payment Works
Your manuscript completes peer review and is formally accepted by the editorial team.
An invoice is sent to the corresponding author with detailed payment instructions.
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal. Payment confirms your article's production slot.
Your article is published online with full open access and a permanent DOI.
Waiver & Discount Policy
At Open Scope Publications, we are committed to equitable access to publishing opportunities. To ensure financial barriers do not prevent deserving research from being published, we offer waivers and discounts in the following cases:
Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries as defined by the World Bank.
Authors without research funding or institutional financial support.
Students or early-career researchers with limited or no funding access.
Email [email protected] before submitting your manuscript, including: manuscript title, author affiliation & country, and reason for requesting the waiver. Each request is reviewed confidentially and on a case-by-case basis.
